What are Parish Family Groups?
As a way of building up the Kingdom of God and our parish community, Fr Tristan is inviting you to join in with a new venture: Parish Family Groups!
Think of them as a small, informal communities within our wider parish family. Parish Family Groups are an exciting opportunity to help us grow as a parish community by getting to know one another beyond Sunday Mass.
Each group brings together around 8-10 households of all ages and stages of life to build friendships, support one another, and grow together as members of the Body of Christ. Alongside friendship and conversation, groups will also make important space for prayer and growing together in faith.

Parish Family Groups are for Everyone!
Parish Family Groups deliberately bring together different kinds of households and different generations.
You might be:
A family with young children
A married or engaged couple
Single
A grandparent
Living on your own
New to the parish
Someone who doesn't regularly attend Mass but would like to.
You simply need to be willing to meet people and be part of the community, we hope you'll leave with a full heart.
Could you help lead a group?
We're looking for people who would be willing to lead a Parish Family Group for an initial 12–18 months.
Don't worry, you won't be expected to organise everything yourself!
Your role is to encourage and coordinate the group, helping to ensure there is a monthly gathering and that everyone feels welcomed, included and valued. Many of the activities can be shared among the group, with the leader encouraging others to contribute their gifts and talents so that the group can flourish.
Training and ongoing support will be provided by Deacon Simon South (Marriage and Family Life Adviser) from the Diocese, so no previous experience is needed.
If you're someone who enjoys bringing people together, welcoming others and helping people feel at home, we'd love you to consider becoming a group leader.
